To use our Services, you must:

- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

TaxSolve provides tax resolution and preparation services, including but not limited to:
- Assisting with IRS tax issues.
- Preparing and filing tax returns.
- Offering tax planning and advisory services.
Our Services are intended for personal or business use only and do not constitute legal, financial, or accounting advice unless explicitly stated.
3. User responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Cooperate with TaxSolve and provide necessary documentation in a timely manner.
- Notify us of any changes to your information.
- Use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. TaxSolve is not liable for errors or omissions resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
4. Fees and payment
Fees: Our fees for Services will be disclosed to you prior to engagement. Fees may vary depending on the complexity of your tax situation.
Payment: Payment is due as outlined in your engagement agreement. We accept payment via credit card, ACH, Venmo, Zelle and money order.
Refunds: Refund policies, if applicable, will be outlined in your engagement agreement. Generally, fees paid for completed services are non-refundable.
5. Confidentiality
TaxSolve is committed to protecting your privacy and confidentiality. We will handle your personal and financial information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, we may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and interests.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaxSolve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Service in question.

- No Guarantees: TaxSolve does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from our Services.
- Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites or services linked to or from our Services.

- Non-payment of fees.

You may terminate your engagement with TaxSolve by providing written notice. Any fees owed for Services rendered prior to termination will remain due.
9. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Dallas County, TX.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our Services after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
